Add Jobs

For a register vehicle we have 2 option. Option one download our excel template and then upload data vehicle, option two is Input Form.

In Section Input Form
| Job ID (generate by system),
| Job Number fields can be input anything or according to the work order numbering format in your company.
| Site Location Select the site location dropdown menu and for create new location go to Main menu Setting >> Site and location.
| Date be carefully, double check date because job can't edit and only can cancel job.
| Hour Start is time start working check physical to input data at paper form.
| Hour Finish time finisher your job.
| Tyreman are field for pic (Person In Charge) the job register tyre on the pit stop or workshop, in this fields you can choose or if the name not found or blank you can create Tyreman Name on the fly.
| Authorized By are person in charge or Group Leader Tyreman on site location, in this fields you can choose or if the name not found or blank you can create Authorized Name on the fly.
| Vehicle No are field for your number of vehicle like DT46 (Dump Truck No 46) or other, adjust to your company's vehicle type and numbering.
| Application are field for type your vehicle, you can choose on dropdown menu and if you not found your type vehicle, feel free request by open ticket for adding your type vehicle.
| Brand are field name brand from the application of your choice, you can choose on dropdown menu and if you not found your Brand, feel free request by open ticket for adding the Brand.
| Model are field name Model from the Brand of your choice, you can choose on dropdown menu and if you not found your Model, feel free request by open ticket for adding the Model.
| HM/KM are choise for is the initial choice to determine the achievement calculation of your vehicle. so that at the end of the tire period, the cost of tires per HM or KM will be known.
| Type Configuration is the tire information on your vehicle, the position of the tire under the steering wheel is the first position (steering wheel on the left).
| Pressure Temperature is the choice of tires when the vehicle data is input on the manual data input form, the choice of heat is when the condition of the vehicle is running, and usually registration when refueling or daily inspection. The cold choice is when the condition of the vehicle is new or is in maintenance or has stopped operating for 4 hours.

In Section Tyre Installed
| Position The position is the order of the tyre configuration, usually for the left steering wheel is the position of tyre No. 1.
| Serial Number is serial number tyre and overall tire manufacturer has standardization of numbering.
| Size tyre size all tyre manufacturer has same standardization of size.
| Status New Tyre New status.
| Status Recap Tyre recap/retread status.
| Status Second Tyre second/used is tyres that have been used by other vehicles from same site or other site location.
| Status Repair Tyre repair status is a tyre that has been repaired.
| OTD original tread depth.
| HM Origin HM Origin is the HM value on the odometer when the vehicle is registered.
| KM Origin KM Origin is the KM value on the odometer when the vehicle is registered.
| Tyre PLY Tyre ply Rating.
| Pattern Tyre Model.
| Compound type of rubber used by the tyre (cut resistance / heat resistance / standard)
| Manufacture Tyre manufacturers or Tyre Brand.
| TRA TRA CODE , tyre and rim association
| TL/TT Tyre Type Tubeless or Tube
| RTD Left Remaining tread depth left

Register Tyre all filed mandatory input, type tires for input data tyre is New, Second, Repair and Recap.

| Order No are field for number purchase order.
| Date Order are field for date your purchase order. this date can not younger than date this register tyre job.
| Site Location Select the site location dropdown menu and for create new location go to Main menu Setting >> Site and location.

In Section Add Tyre
| Remove button fro delete list tyre register form.
| Serial Number is serial number tyre and overall tire manufacturer has standardization of numbering.
| Size tyre size all tyre manufacturer has same standardization of size.
| Status New Tyre New status.

In Section Vehicle Information
| Vehicle No please click find button and you will get pop-up window list Vehicle, You can use the search-box filter input words related to the vehicle can be vehicle number, manufacture, model application etc. and then click the vehicle that will do the daily inspection. information will automatically appear in the field | Manufacture | Model | Application | Steer Side | Location | Old Meter .

| Hour Meter if your vehicle bassed HM performance and update value.
| Odo Meter if your vehicle bassed KM performance and update value.

In Section Tyre Installed And Removed
| Remove button that is used to change which tyre will be changed, when this button is clicked then a new popup comes out.

| RTD Left Remaining tread depth left must be updated during the tyre replacement process.
| RTD Right Remaining tread depth right must be updated during the tyre replacement process.

In Section Tyre New Installed
| Add Tyre button to replace the tyre that was just removed, then a new popup will list the available tyres. You can use the filter feature to make it easier for you to find a replacement tyre.
| Position do not forget to choose the position of the tire that has been released and select the condition of the tire HOT / COLD. after that just press the submit button to save.

Disposition Tyre.
